Doodle Vu ("we", "our", or "the app") is a daily drawing memory game. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: If you create an account, we store your chosen username, display name, and an anonymous user identifier. We do not require or collect your real name, email address, or phone number unless you choose to link an email for account recovery.

Game Data: We store your game scores, streaks, and progress to provide leaderboard and social features.

Drawings (Opt-in): If you enable "Help Improve Scoring" in Settings, your drawings and associated scores are uploaded anonymously to help train and improve our scoring engine. No personal information is attached to these uploads. You can turn this off at any time.

Device Information: We may collect basic device information such as device type, operating system, and browser version for compatibility and debugging purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: provide and maintain the game experience, including leaderboards and social features; improve and optimize our drawing recognition and scoring system (only with your opt-in consent); fix bugs and ensure compatibility across devices; and communicate important updates about the app.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for research or analytics purposes. We may also share information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. Game data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Children's Privacy

Doodle Vu is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

6. Your Choices

You can disable anonymous drawing contributions at any time in Settings → Data & Privacy. You can clear locally cached data using the "Clear Model Cache" option in Settings. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email address listed below.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
